Bought a 18 plate MG 5 weeks ago... only had 3 weeks of driving it and there was problem after problem. Noticed passenger side tyre was nigh on bald after 2 weeks. Was told upon purchasing that it was BRAND NEW tyres on the car. Checked MOT and the mot day before purchase had failed... for a track rod which had been replaced, advisory was nearside tyre near or worn to legal limit. Next day MOT pass... no advisories. Yet NO tyre had been changed. So someone has obviously fiddled the mot. Yet we were asked if we'd swapped tyres!! Cheek. I wouldn't even know where the locking nut for that MG is!
Car shudders when driven, Blue coolant light on for 15 minutes after starting engine, very noisy when idle, loses revs, takes a while to accelerate and the rear window washer doesn't work. Fantastic for a £15k car. Ring to talk to someone, passed from pillar to post. Swansea to haverfordwest, back to Swansea, then finally to Haverfordwest to finally arrange a day to go up to get the issues fixed. Fair play they did give me a peugeot 3008 as a courtesy car, not the 108 I was told I'd have. Which we would never have fitted into. (2 adults over 6ft, 2 children and car seats, boxer dog and a pram)
2 weeks later I STILL have the courtesy car amd no answers! Still being passed from pillar to post and still can't get in touch with people to sort my car. Was told it wasn't on the system and the couldn't find my car... how can you lose a car?!
Big regret buying from Days. Wish we'd have stuck with our trusty seat 😭
Would we buy from there again….. yes without hesitation.

I was then told I could pay what the p/x was worth, send the salesman (David Hanney) a picture of the correct logbook once I got home, and upon receipt, I would be refunded the full amount. Sounded sensible to me so that's what we did.
When I had sent the pictures of the logbook that night, I was then told I had to wait for the logbook to be received in the physical for the refund to be actioned. I then stressed to David, this isn't what we discussed, and he was adamant that I would not have my refund until then – red flag number 1
I then waited close to 2 weeks for the refund to be actioned, with the accounts team telling me that the person who issues the refunds is off sick. So clearly only one person has the knowledge and capability to action refunds... That’s troubling – red flag number 2
The majority of the people I dealt with during this time were rude, obnoxious and carefree which didn't inspire any confidence in me from that point on.
I will never purchase another vehicle from Days Haverfordwest ever again and I urge all potential buyers to proceed with extreme caution.
Only thing that let the whole experience down was that the tyres were low,that's down to the service team
