Dave Hanney is a fantastic sales man... that's about the only good thing about days I can say.
Bought a 18 plate MG 5 weeks ago... only had 3 weeks of driving it and there was problem after problem. Noticed passenger side tyre was nigh on bald after 2 weeks. Was told upon purchasing that it was BRAND NEW tyres on the car. Checked MOT and the mot day before purchase had failed... for a track rod which had been replaced, advisory was nearside tyre near or worn to legal limit. Next day MOT pass... no advisories. Yet NO tyre had been changed. So someone has obviously fiddled the mot. Yet we were asked if we'd swapped tyres!! Cheek. I wouldn't even know where the locking nut for that MG is!
Car shudders when driven, Blue coolant light on for 15 minutes after starting engine, very noisy when idle, loses revs, takes a while to accelerate and the rear window washer doesn't work. Fantastic for a £15k car. Ring to talk to someone, passed from pillar to post. Swansea to haverfordwest, back to Swansea, then finally to Haverfordwest to finally arrange a day to go up to get the issues fixed. Fair play they did give me a peugeot 3008 as a courtesy car, not the 108 I was told I'd have. Which we would never have fitted into. (2 adults over 6ft, 2 children and car seats, boxer dog and a pram)
2 weeks later I STILL have the courtesy car amd no answers! Still being passed from pillar to post and still can't get in touch with people to sort my car. Was told it wasn't on the system and the couldn't find my car... how can you lose a car?!
Big regret buying from Days. Wish we'd have stuck with our trusty seat 😭

Extremely frustrated, bought my car from Days in dec last year , thought I’d be loyal & book in a service with them, booked it over a month ago with a lady over the phone , arrived today to be told I was never booked in & there was nothing they could do, as you can imagine , I work office hours & had to book a day off to do this to be told no sorry your not booked in , I was more than annoyed & all I got was a sorry , safe to say I will not be using this company again & already taken my business elsewhere 😡😡😡😡

Just picked up our car, great service nobody pounced on us, we had a wonder around and spotted a couple we liked. Dave Haney asked us if we wanted to look inside some of them and we fell in love with our car, as far as we were concerned nothing else there touched it, we took it for a test drive and we couldn’t wait, we are really pleased with the deal we had,Dave did the paper work so everything was smoothly done, very relaxed atmosphere and to be honest nothing seemed any trouble.
Would we buy from there again….. yes without hesitation.
Just go have a look they’ll have one for you I’m sure.👍
By the way he’s got a bag of quality street in his draw….. that’s where he keeps the best. 😂👍

This has to be the worst services I have ever received in my life. The level of deceit and incompetence is unrivalled. I part exchanged my old car for my new one. In fairness, I left the correct logbook at home which rendered the one I had useless - No one’s fault but mine, I accept that.

I was then told I could pay what the p/x was worth, send the salesman (David Hanney) a picture of the correct logbook once I got home, and upon receipt, I would be refunded the full amount. Sounded sensible to me so that's what we did.

When I had sent the pictures of the logbook that night, I was then told I had to wait for the logbook to be received in the physical for the refund to be actioned. I then stressed to David, this isn't what we discussed, and he was adamant that I would not have my refund until then – red flag number 1

I then waited close to 2 weeks for the refund to be actioned, with the accounts team telling me that the person who issues the refunds is off sick. So clearly only one person has the knowledge and capability to action refunds... That’s troubling – red flag number 2

The majority of the people I dealt with during this time were rude, obnoxious and carefree which didn't inspire any confidence in me from that point on.

I will never purchase another vehicle from Days Haverfordwest ever again and I urge all potential buyers to proceed with extreme caution.

Just bought a Focus ST with the outstanding help of sales executive David Hanney. He came in on his day off, to accommodate my work pattern, so I could view the vehicle. He made me feel at ease, with his friendly yet professional manner. I will be recommending Days and in particular David to friends and family. A1 service keep it going.

Have just taken delivery of a 2018 pre-owned Ford Fiesta. Very clean car with reasonable miles for a competitive price. Excellent customer care from all (esp. Dave Hanney). Car brought down from Haverdfordwest to Swansea to test drive, new MOT applied and high standard of valet (cheers Dan!). Highly recommeded!

Sent me a personalised video of the car as I am 200 miles away.David Hanney was great sorted everything, kept me up to date,didn't push stuff on me.
Only thing that let the whole experience down was that the tyres were low,that's down to the service team
