Halfords - Letchworth

I wanted to buy a bicycle. The bicycle chap was not at his station and everyone else was reluctant to step in. The chap who did could not have cared less about my wishes. He seemed to just want to do the bare minimum and get back to his own job. Not a good experience collecting the bike either.

Was told by a local garage that my wife's car needs a new battery and would be £180. Thinking that was a bit dear, i decided to order one online at Halfords £104 fitted, on arrival I asked the Technician if he could check the old battery which he did, and said it just needed a good charge as it was 62%. So thankful for his honesty. I received a full refund Thank you. I would like to give a big thumbs up to the two members of Staff that helped me at the Letchworth Halfords as they were professional polite and friendly . 5 🌟. Thank you. Highly recommend Halfords Letchworth.

Had the bulb fitted to my car which is new to me and not necessarily the easiest to work on. The woman who fitted it was friendly and knowledgeable and it was all done whilst I popped off to get a sandwich. Really happy with the outcome.

I visited the Letchworth store to collect some hub caps and wasn’t entirely sure if they would fit my tyres.
Elton was so helpful and very kindly offered to come out to my car to check that they were the correct ones…I felt really valued as a customer and Elton’s customer service was excellent!

Charlie did a lot of work on my Brompton: trued front and back wheels, changed inner tubes and tires, fitted brake pads and replaced mudflap and mudguard. Great Job, great service, and a credit to Halfords

I just wanted to post. On Saturday Luke was amazing. I was at a very low place and went in for help. He went above and beyond. His kindness was just what i needed at this point. He sorted out my issue with kindness and a good job done. Thank you so much.

My oil light had flashed on a couple of times so popped into halfords hoping to get them to check my oil and put oil in if necessary. Ross checked my car over and filled my oil very helpful and polite. Great to get my oil sorted. Good to know they do it. Will definately use them again. Thanks so much.
