I really don't know how they do it but every time I order a simple light bulb for my car from here it's ALWAYS the wrong one!!! They even check in the book but still somehow manage to get it completely wrong!! So frustrating, especially seeing though I work all week and finally go and change it myself at the weekend, hoping finally they've got it right this time but nope they haven't, surprise surprise and then I can't sort the matter out as they shut early on a Saturday!! One unhappy customer... Again and again and AGAIN!!!

Great staff had what I needed on the shelf

Very disappointing. Just called up to ask if they could deliver parts to me as self isolating .. I live locally 0.9 miles which is 5mins drive. Offered to pay over the phone but they said they cannot. Even tho some of the garages the deliver to are further away than me.
I appreciate you cant deliver all over the sw. But locally 0.9 miles would of been a great help. Where as now I will have to spend my money online.

Absolutely useless give me the wrong part twice! Not sure what sort of training the staff have but it blatantly isn’t sufficient! Incurred additional garage costs!
