Primo Registrations

From choosing my plate to it being legally on my car in ONE WEEK. Cheap plate so didn't expect anyone to rush, how wrong was i. I would recommend anyone looking to buy a private plate to using Primo Registrations. Highly organised and very professional.

Having ordered a lower priced plate I did wonder if there was a pecking order for those with deeper pockets.
Thankfully this is not the case! Brilliant service from start to finish with new plates on my car within 5 days.

In all my life I have never recieved such awful customer service by the male I spoke to enquiring about a part refund for a part of my order that wasn't received. This representative of Primo Registrations (Primo Trading Ltd) refused to allow me to finish my sentence, constantly interrupting me, becoming very sarcastic & when I politely asked to speak to someone else or a person in authority, this person refused my request stating you can email us, he then immediately disconnected the call. Upon calling back he stated that I had abused him & he would not speak to me, then disconnected the call again. Be assured 100% this was the NOT the case. I feel horribly let down, I suffer with mental health issues & this experience has left me feeling ill. All I hope is the call or this review is listened to or read by management personnel & this unprofessional, rude person is reprimanded. This experience has left me feeling extremely angry & frustrated.

From my initial enquiry to the purchase of a cherished number plate, the customer service I experienced was second to none.
Great communication and the retention certificate was with me much faster than anticipated.
I can't recommend Primo Registrations highly enough.

FRAUDSTERS AVOID! - Sold me a cloned number plate - so I got constant tickets and fines. When I called and spoke to Paul of Primo Trading Limited - he was exceptionally unhelpful and rude, would not refund or exchange, told me it was my problem. Put phone down and wouldn't answer calls after.

AVOID! - They sell cloned number plates - Have had constant tickets and fines. Paul was terrible and unhelpful. Awful customer service as outlined by other customers. GO ELSEWHERE
