These guys are pretty bad. Customer service wise. You can wait for what feels like ages. Nobody there seems to give too much of a t**s about it either. The queue goes on forever and nobody seems to care. Its amazing really in 2016 that anybody still thinks they can treat their customers this bad and get away with it. But they do. How come? Well they have great prices and they have loads of stuff we all want. So we put up with it. But boy they push the limits. I was in there the other day there were 5 people in the line only one person on the counter who then walked out the back - leaving us all hanging there. After about 2 minutes a female staff member walked through behind the counter and somebody said 'can you help me please' - her response was something like 'I don't deal with customers'. Says it all really. Just terrible. Just absolutely terrible.

My local parts store. The line used to move so slow a year ago… could feel myself getting old in the queue. Nowadays, its a lot quicker, thanks to the two young workers: one white lad with a beard and another Indian looking lad

Click and collect efficient but you need to queue anyway. Price ok.
