Definitely not worth it, try decathlon in the same complex for better deals and good customer service.

Took scooter in for a repair, was told a small amount and a few days to do it. After I hadn’t heard from them for a week and past the repair date given I called many times - you have to call the main helpline as cannot call store directly- they were unable to get anyone in the store to pick up the phone. After another week of calling I got an email thanking me for agreeing to the extra charges for the repair which was 5 times the estimate ! I had no contact from them at all. After another week of calling the main helpline was able to find out that the scooter was ready for collection. No one from the store ever bothered to contact me about anything - the repairs, or that it was ready. Very bad service.

If you just wanted parts then the store is great, but the free AC check was useless! They only checked the temperature in the car (Although my previous experience of same check was so good here last year at the same venue - the Asian guy behind the counter actually brought out a gauge and checked the gas levels etc and he was fantastic and gave great advice for my diesel and I serviced and re-gas as per his recommendations).

Had a small issue with my vehicle and the manager Adam (manager) without hesitation helped me to his maximum ability!!!
Really good customer service and very helpful.
Will be returning in near future purely based on the service I recieved today

I’m writing this review on behalf of my dad, he’s asked me to do this for him.
The other day my dad visited the Chingford branch to purchase a new tool set, he had told me it was a great experience and that Max helped him above and beyond. He would also like to point out that Max was very friendly and kind too for the time taken to help him☺️

I went into Halfords Chingford to get some advice re buying a roof box and bars. I was served by Brandon, who spent a fair amount of time telling me relevant options after looking at my car and listening to my needs. I felt that I was being properly served and was a valued customer. I did not intend to buy today but given all the information I made a £400+ purchase. Thank you Brandon

Giving a 5 star review for Sam and Max at Chingford Store. They turned what would have been a zero star rating experience round. I rang the simply awful offshore customer service line which is a total oxymoron. I wanted the brakes repaired, I was booked in yesterday. I took time off work and dropped it in then was called back and told nothing could be done for 3 weeks… as there were no repairers employed over Christmas, which I had been told at the outset I would have gone somewhere else. Sam saw me walking out forlornly with the unfixed bike and asked what was wrong, given it was quiet she asked Max to look at the bike there and then and the brakes were fixed within the hour. Simple common sense approach completely changed my view. Halfords management if you read this you need to overhaul your customer service line. It must put more people off than it helps….

I’ve had the most appalling experience….
On the 11/12/22, I ordered a wing mirror for my car, at the time of placing the order I was told it would take 2-3 working days to arrive. 6 days later I called to ascertain the status of my order and was told that there’s a delay and I will receive it on the 20/12/22.
Today is the 22/12/22 and still nothing. So, I called again and was told they have no idea when I will receive my order, meanwhile I cannot drive the car!
So we went to Euro Car Parts, who were able to help me.
The reason why I needed a replacement mirror is because someone stole it from the vehicle.
I’ve given Halfords a 1* but I wish I could have given them a 0*
