Halfords - Shoreham-by-Sea

I ordered a bike online which the site stated was in stock and ready to collect. It turns out that often this means it could just be that they have one item in stock which is generally the display model. So what their site tells you can't be trusted. The shop did call me to let me know which was fair enough. It did take the shine off my buying experience as the whole point of "click and collect" is to actually do that on the day not to have to wait for a delivery I would have got it sent direct otherwise.

I visited the shop yesterday to look for wiper blades and was impressed by the standard of efficient helpful service. The items concerned were in stock and promptly found by a friendly assistant. Will certainly use again, thank you Halfords.

I needed advice on buying a dash cam for my car. The assistant was very patient and answered all my questions no matter how silly they were. He even made suggestions about things I hadn't even thought of. I came away very happy with a booking for fitting the whole thing when the unit arrived at the shop. Top marks all round. It is so nice to be able to talk things through with a human being rather than watching videos.

I had an appointment today to have my bike checked over and was served by Luke. He was so helpful and went through everything with me in great detail. Absolutely fantastic customer service. Please pass on my thanks to Luke 😀

Excellent service. One employee very efficient in finding the product I needed (wiper blades) and another fitted them very expertly almost immediately. In and out in under 10 minutes.?

Booked in to have new side lights fitted, staff member found it was just a dodgy connected so it was fixed in seconds, I was given a full refund for my original bulbs and fitting costs. Can’t recommend highly enough as I was treated really well and service exemplary.

Excellent customer service from a gentleman named Shaun! He was very, very knowledgeable and took his time to explain and show us everything we needed to know about child car seats. The end result was a very safe and happy granddaughter, and grandparents indeed.

Absolutely fabulous service! I didn’t realise Halfords had a fitting service. I have an old old Audi with glitchy lights and went to get new bulbs- Dave spent time cleaning all the connectors, taping up the broken light and checking a couple of other things too to get me back in the road safely. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, practical and nice fella. Saved me over £350! Thank you so much
