Delivery will be 5 days later than stated.

I placed 2 orders via their online ordering system. Got 2 order confirmations both stating delivery would be 1st June. On 1st June their courier, DHL, sent me an email saying 1 order would be delivered 6th June, no mention of the 2nd order. Check online, shows the order DHL have is still being processed. The other order, placed 2 days later, shows as despatched!! Ring EuroCP, speak to 2 people who “can do nothing to help”. They suggest sending an email of complaint to “customer services” who will deal with it after 6th June. The only easy bit has been placing an online order and letting them have my money, the rest has been appalling for a big company with 250 stores. Faith lost. Will not recommend them. Go independent, dearer but more reliable.

Oh yes, DHL tell me it is impossible for me to upgrade to a quicker delivery or collect from a depot once a parcel is in their system

Slow service. Shouldn't take 30mins to pick a part and keep a customer waiting that long especially when it was pre ordered 10mins before. Cant fault price, obviously need more staff. Lady serving was great, quick service serving

Some good prices but slow service the guy assisting the lady at the tills asked the second person in the queue if he was picking up an order which he wasn't he didn't bother asking us or the guy behind if we were waiting to pick up a collection which we were and he disappeared out the back leaving us to wait about 10 minutes for the lady on the till to literally walk round the corner to pick our stuff up. Felt a bit sorry for the lady as she was none stop.

Rang up on a Sunday to check if they had a vehicle part in stock and they reserved it for me. Drove down for it, paid and was away within 15 mins. Very efficient speedy service and on a Sunday too can't complain.

In weekend the did not pick up the phones! Even is open till 4 pm, cannot have any informations.

Ordered bulbs online, this store packed my order. Whoever pick and chose the order needs their eyes testing. One of the boxes the bulbs were in was smashed, so had to call customer services and exchange them in the nearest store. They were in a better condition, also the packaging was shocking. The package was literally ripped all the way across the bottom. Definitely won’t be ordering online again, rather go the extra mile and pick them up from the store myself, I wish I did in the first place!

Went in to collect online order. Staffs were helpful and even replaced the wrong part for me to a correct one

I placed an order for an item online and went to collect the next day after receiving a receipt and confirmation. Went to collect and heard every other customer in the queue having various issues with their order. Had a quick look at Google reviews... Anyway, turns out that if you order an item for click and collect, it doesn't mean that the item will be ready or even in stock, regardless of confirmation. That's a 10 mile round trip for nothing. Dreadful.
