Halfords - Mile End Road

I've been coming here for the past few months with issues with my bike that I bought from another Halfords and all I have to say is the service is top quality and Danny provided the best care for my bike. I would recommend coming for any bike issues/repairs or builds as they will do a top quality job (compared to others I have been to) Thanks again Danny & I will be back here no doubt for the rest of my services & fixes :)

I would highly recommend the Mile End bike team! Amy bent over backwards to help me to get my bike fixed. She called immediately after I'd made enquiries though customer services and booked me in for a health check the next morning. She was really friendly and incredibly skilled at diagnosing the immediate and underlying problems with my bike. At each step of the repair she explained things clearly and gave me options that fit with my budget. I felt like my bike was in safe hands. Her team did a great job with the gold star service and my bike is running like a dream. I couldn't ask for a better service. Thank you Amy and team.

I’d bought my new bike through the cycle 2 work scheme and came in to collect it. I was 10 minutes early for my slot but the team were able to help me straight away. The representative (Lancelot) was friendly and helpful and helped me understand my bike, how to fold it up and unfold it safely. He also helped me get the equipment I needed and gave me useful intel on maintaining my bike and seeking repairs as needed! Thanks Lancelot and team, I’ve cycled home safely and love my new bike!!

I went there to replace my Car’s battery. Store is nice, have huge parking space but its only free for first 2 hours. The guy who was working in parking was rude on first interaction but he was alright later on. Also this guy called Dee on the till was super cool and guided me properly. In the end overall a pleasant experience.

Dan is always so kind and helpful. The whole team are always really lovely. I really enjoy popping in with whatever bike troubles I’m having next as it’s always the same friendly faces always looking to do their best. Truly great customer service here

Went there on a Saturday afternoon to get a spare part for my bike. In the cycling section, there was only one assistant dealing with a customer, and there were another 3 customers waiting (including me), while there were at least 2 assistants at the car section.
Having waited for 5 minutes in the hopes that somebody will come to take care of the queue, I was left disappointed as that didn't happen.

Waiting times have always been a problem at this store, even before the pandemic. Seems like management haven't learnt their lesson still.

This guy was amazing did my bike check quick and efficient gave me loads of tips on how to look after it,One of the best customer service I’ve experienced thank you ZUBAIR I’m the guy who was using wd40 on my chain.He is a great asset to the company

I have visited the mile end store twice in a short space of time, never been before and their help and service is brilliant. Amy changed my window wipers and was so inviting and helpful. Another time a young male done a battery health check for me (didn't get his name) and was so informative with fantastic customer service. Can't rate this store highly enough
