I would give 0 stars first of all.
They charged me over 1.2k£ for one broken mirror and 2 scratches. I worked for this company 1 month delivery driving so I basically didn't earn any money, I had actually to pay them to work!!
You cannot disagree with them invoice, no help whatsoever to discuss if you disagree with the overall charge.

Never use them under any circumstance

People, pls stay away from them. 1Motion, are the least respectable firm in UK. Dont work for them, and make the mistake to loan a car from them. Today I received a Notice of 80£ fine, for Congestion Charge in London. They have also applied a 60£ Admin Fee( its a fine for getting a fine), in top of that. But why I had that fine? Because I was delivering at their instructions in that area, in that day. After severing ties with them, they did this...Well done Richard&Patrick!

Very cheap van hire but be careful as you are charged a fortune for any damage (even scratches) for the repairs that don't get done

Very well run place very clean premises as are the vehicles clean and tidy very reasonable prices.

Smol place, middle conditions, very new cars.
