Halfords - Wolverhampton

After looking online and not understanding if tis item was a full set or just the bars, i went into the store and the staff were very helpful and ordered what i needed, went back 2 days later picked up and 1hrs later hey presto i have roofbars. Cheers Halfords smooth transaction. 5* from me.

Not happy with my experience. Bought a baby car seat and was given an open box with a dusty car seat inside that looked used to me. Give it straight back and the store assistant didn't even appologised for the situation but explained simply that the car seat might be a return from someone or they opened it to have a look at it...really? I've just returned it and purchased from another company but wouldn't recommend Halfords

Had a battery on order for fitting.
Turned up and the member of staff fitting it was on it straight away.
Very quick and professional.
Diagnostic checked too.

I came to collect an online order however the store as per previous occasion has limited staff on duty .
I approached the staff at the bike counter who was very polite and advised his colleague to carry out the check out process, who simply could not adhere to basic customer service and needs to be told a smile and politeness goes a long way.

Halford's Wolverhampton is a great place to visit where you can find an a wide range of products. In my personal experience I bought a very good bike as well as my son; when we needed them repaired we not only got the services required but also an amazing bonus - A NEW BIKE!!! We want to thank Josh and his team for their professional skills, care and excellent treatment towards us. A BIG THANK YOU AND WELL DONE!!! MAY GOD RICHLY BLESS YOU ALL!!!

Note that this Halfords is split into two on your left the garage and on the right the shop as you come in off the island.

Had a battery fitted after Halfords checked if my battery was low. All staff very professional, knowledgeable and polite. Man who fitted battery very polite explained he had trouble with the tread on a bolt. Was sorted very quickly. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Reliable and honest.

Excellent product - toasty inside this. Much better value for money than similarly-priced bags at other retailers. Capacious for a big lad like me, yet snug.
