Had my Discovery 4 auto transmission serviced and lower suspension arm replaced by them today, superb service and even collected me from work when it was ready to pick up. Good to have a Landrover specialist so local. Highly recommended!!!

Poor service. Had my vehicle for over a month claiming they couldn't find the part. On one occasion when ringing to check on progress they said they hadn't got round to phoning the source that morning, which seemed odd to me as I had phoned them at 1pm. Doesn't take long to make a 2 minute phone call. Took about two weeks to get hold of the man with the part their excuse being 'he's not very active on his phone'. Seemed to me to be a major overall lack of effort. When they eventually got round to speaking to him it turned out to be the wrong part all along. Eventually they found the correct part which was second hand not refurbished. When I asked whether there was any warranty they said there is no warranty on used parts which can't be said for other companys who are confident in there abilities to offer warranty on used parts. In my personal opinion if you are not willing to back up your work its not reasonable to expect customers to pay a high price for it. After a month in their garage and one hefty suprise bill later they were not polite or the slightest bit apologetic at all as I had lost work due to the fact I had no vehicle and had to pay for another temporarily while they where taking a rather unreasonable amount of time to find a part which as said wasn't even the right one. I was even told I was lucky I wasn't charged for the time it took him to make the phone calls chasing said part which I found particularly cheeky. I have heard recently one of the owners sons has taken charge so hopefully my experience is unique and others do not have the same because overall I experienced appauling service and wish others the best of luck when dealing with JRL.

Have been visiting J R L Parts quite a few times now. Few problems with my Land Rover. They are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful !

All of the people were very helpful and friendly if they didn't have the parts that I needed they would have them there the next day and delivered on the next van
Have been using them for a while now and have always been very impressed with the way that they answered my parts problem questions...

My cam belt snapped and damaged a few parts of the engine called will who got it in fast for the repairs and done a brilliant job even let me no what was broken before he went a head with the work also done the welding and a bit of other work brilliant service

These guys are really good! Knowledgeable, reliable, and careful with your vehicle.

Hidden away in the heart of Somerset never advertises that must tell you something, totally word of mouth

My brother was on holiday in the area and developed a nasty rear brake screech on his L322 TDV8. He called them up and JRL looked at it first thing the following morning and it was back on the road within the hour at a very reasonable cost...and no more screeching! Hats off to Will and the others for saving the holiday!
