James and Taylor were friendly, efficient and went out of their way to be really helpful. James was really helpful when I had an IT issue whilst trying to sign up for the free motoring club which meant I would get significant discounts on The service and products I was buying. Excellent customer service and very nice guys. Well done Halfords!

Ordered Spray paint - Skoda Black Magic, but received Nissan Nero Black. I am very disappointed as had to send my wife 15 miles to travel, spend time, spend fuel and at the end got wrong item. Definitely will try to avoid Halfords further.

Absolutely delighted with the service I've just received from all the guys at the Great Boughton Chester branch. I went in for AdBlue which they informed me if i signed up to their free membership, they would put it in for me and i would receive £5 off! plus I also got a car health check there and then (tyre pressure, depth, wiper check, battery, etc etc...and they also topped my screen wash up). Great service and very helpful and polite. Thanks to Jo and all the staff

Really good customer service.. saved money today as I was told to join the website for free an I got a good discount and free services . Only went in to sort my sons tyre out.. Mark on the till was very helpful and polite and very professional

What an amazing team, promptly repaired my chipped windscreen, checked my tyres and coolant level, which they discovered needed topping up and were generally very helpful and friendly.

Work on my cycle took nearly four weeks due to not being able to source a basic replacement wheel for a cycle just over a year old and still sold by them. Not putting any blame whatsoever on the cycle engineer but wholly on the support Halfords gave him

I wandered in with my bike needing a check over and (as quick as an Olympic cyclist on cheap biker speed) the man, the legend, the Wizard Tyler had lubed me, pumped me and tightened my nuts. Halfords Chester South...please adopt me.

Great service . Went to Chester store for new bulb fitted for Audi A5. Simple job for the Halfords staff but would have been tricky for me. Manager -Ade dealt with it - it took longer than he thought as the Audi lights can be difficult to get access to. Ade was very thorough and patient. Very efficient and personable guy - recommend him and the store.
