Fast-Fit Tyres & Exhausts

Had a puncture and none of the other garages I called in Norwich could help. Fast Fit Dereham Road could and sorted it straight away. Since been back again and has excellent fast service again. I can’t recommend them enough.

I punctured my tyre, and needed help with that asap. after inspection it came out that tyre need to be replaced. On my easy question: " do you have the same tyre available today?" Employee said they have the same tyre. After everything it went out only the same is brand of the tyre. As I travel a lot to Europe I will have to buy one more tyre. I did contact office via email and I got respond that I knew the tyre is not gonna have the same tread and I did agree on it, which is not true at all. So that mean this service lied to area manager about the situation. Very unprofessional. That was last time I was up there .... No matter what.

AVOID THE PLACE, THEY ARE GIVING FALSE PROMISES OF THE SERVICE!!!

Me and my husband went to the shop to repair the puncture. The worked said it cannot be fixed, and the tyle must be replaced. My husband asked for the same tyle, the worker of the place stated it will be THE SAME. After fitting, my husband noticed that nothing apart of tyre brand were the same! He challenged worker, and manager, then the manager supported worker, that yes the same brand, but not thread or what seasons it can be used for.(ours were all seasons, we got fitted only summer one!)
After putting the official complaint, we have been told that this tyre is not available in UK(ANOTHER LIE) this is why it couldn't be fitted. And apparently worker did say that it will be closest match as possible (ANOTHER LIE!!!!)

Happy,friendly service. If you need something that isn't in store they can order it in.

I contacted two other tyre places and receiving an unhelpful response from one, and no reply form the other, prior to visiting Fast Fit.
I won't need any tyres for a bit but, I'll be returning should that change.

Went to this place after Kwik fit said exhaust leak was probably coming from manifold and they weren't or didnt have right equipment to deal with the possibility of bolts breaking due to the age of car. I had already informed them that leak seemed to be coming from the Flexy section and this was confirmed by Fast-Fit who repaired it in under 30 mins. Brilliant service

Same day ordering in, delivery, and fitting of a new exhaust after the old one rusted out. Friendly, helpful staff fitted the exhaust there and then while I waited (~30 mins). Expensive, but probably a fair price for keeping the back box from dragging on the ground! New exhaust looks good and sounds much better. Happy to use again

Brilliant place brilliant people. I'd pre booked my car for 4 tyres to be fitted... realising I'd be too lated for the 1 hr window...dropped the car off with them...went to work and picked up...all done and dusted. As requested he'd left the "old" trims for me (as I'd bought smart new ones from them). Friendly, helpful and always reliable. I use them time and time again and I am happy to recommend them to the hilt.
