Excellent service, polite BUT beware quote for intermediate service & MOT came out far more expensive due apparently to my car using synthetic oil? Nothing needed doing so why cant they advise of oil charges when giving a costing?
I have used this garage for 2 years without any complaint.

He even followed me all the way back to Barnstaple after successfully restarting my vehicle. Wouldn't allow me to go forward on my own. A real gentleman.

Amazing service by Dale. I am on holiday and had problem with my car. Dale went for a drive with me, diagnosed the problem, advised me how to rectify and checked to ensure there was not a simple solution. Due to my travels they were unable to fix but assured me of my ability to get home. He even offered to speak to my local garage to advise them of the problem. He did not charge for this service. Honest, efficient and I have absolutely no worries in recommending this garage to any fellow traveller who are worried about going to an unknown garage. I have pleasure in writing this review so rare!!!

Only giving it one star because cannot leave this section blank. Horrendous service, poor workmanship. Left bits of my car unattached, car broke down upon leaving the garage. Had a lot of costly repairs to rectify their mistakes. Complaints department is a joke and very rude and unhelpful. Would never ever recommend this business, it brings back all of the bad old days when garages where out to shaft you every which way possible. They give all decent garages a bad name. Never use this company .

Rip off had to wait 3 hours the guy was from another garage same chain told me i would have to wait for the other guy to come off lunch as my tyre was off. I had waited an hour and half already took it somewhere else it took them 10 minutes all in all for diagnostic. The guy wasted my time. I had my two year old with me. Not happy wouldnt return.

Excellent service, rescued mum and two young children with broken down car! Responded immediately, arrived within 10 minutes, replaced battery and charged nothing for it, except for cost of battery. Cheerful, helpful, understanding. Perfect service, 5/5. Highly recommended.

Just took my car in for a MOT, asked on the phone when I booked it if they could repair it if it failed the answer was yes, Well it failed and they could not repair it, they gave me some excuse. I used to use this garage quite alot a few years ago for servicing and repairing my old Rover at that time they were excellent and nothing was to much trouble, now by the sounds of it everything seems to be to much trouble.

My car had gone into limp mode. Left it with them. Called me an hour later to say it was fixed. Arrived to collect it. I was given an explanation of the problem and a quote for the work required to fix it more permanently. I went to pay for the the work they had done that day and was told it was only about 10 minutes work and payment was not required. How refreshing to find a garage like this in this day and age👍
