My sincere thanks to Matt and team for collecting me in Ipswich today, after a night long saga with the RAC. Matt was really patient in carefully loading my low car, really went to extra mile. Top guy

My motorcycle was recovered by Jordan? on Monday evening. Really grateful for the help they provided. I didn't have to justify myself or go through long winded explanation, they just took my word as to what this situation was and recovered me back home. Jordan was the definition of professional and they were even tasked to come all the way from their last job in Colchester to pretty much the most eastern part of Norfolk and they were quick. If you break down, you will wish it is T&M who are dispatched to come and help you.

Absolutely appalled. T&M are garage partners with AA. Tonight they come to me and my 5 children stranded in a country park in the dark. The guy was clearly in a rush and had had a busy night. Lots of swearing which didn’t bother me, although not really appropriate on reflection in front of the children. I hoped it was just a battery problem and the guy tried to jump start the car. After around 5 minutes told me there was nothing more her could do and he would need to send for recovery. No diagnostics were carried out. Formal complaint has been put in with the AA as they are clearly not representing the AA to the expected standards

If you need someone safe to transport your vehicle and family find someone else, luckily we wasn’t using this business but had one of their flatbed drivers driving recklessly in the wrong lane nearly taking the front of our vehicle out, he just wanted to get in front of us so he drove like a ****

Excellent service to recover a friend’s dead Land Rover. Quick response and a safe recovery by driver Lee. Highly recommended.

Had the pleasure of my vehicle being recovered by one of the guys. Very prompt response and a polite driver/mechanic that kept me seeing the funny side. If you read this, it was a pleasure and I needed a good laugh 🙂

Last night my tyre blew whilst driving home from work on the A12! it was absolutely freezing, there was a lot of snow around and it was dark! I thought i would be stranded for a long time while waiting to be recovered! To my surprise they were with me within half an hour! The guy (can’t remember his name) was so helpful, he got my car on the flat bed within 5 mins and let me sit in the cab in the warm while he did! He was really lovely and took my car back to my house and got it on the drive!! All i can say was they delivered a 5 star service!! Thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Andy was a great help, recovered me just off the A12. Although car is now a technical write off, he did a great job to get me to a garage. Thankyou.
