I am very pleased with our experience with The H&M Advanced Autos. They picked our car up and returned it to us exactly when they said they would, fully fixed with out a hitch. Excellent customer services too. I have no hesitation in recommending them Thank you. The best cost is here. I was given the best price possible, thanks so much.

My problems:
1. They cannot be bothered to ring you to advise that more work is required and gain consent for repairs.
2. I go to collect my car and the bill is double what I was informed on the phone when I booked in, I would've advised them to stop.
3. I had to borrow funds as I had enough of what he had advised on the phone.
4. I drive away and the service light and spanner symbol still on, come on?
I'm done with them, never go back there in a million years, be warned!!!!

They added parts on the car without calling to confirm extra £90 on the bill without showing me the receipt not good practice

These guys are definitely the best they did a whole diagnostic check on my new car, I was told previously by another mechanic I would need a new clutch, but these took full control and bought my car back to me, my car passed all checks. They are friendly and so professional. I will only use these in future. good honest car mechanics are had to find. Thank you boys

Had a commercial van out of use due to problems with the coolant tank and pipes. Van is required everyday and all day long, fortunately found this garage who understood the urgency and diagnosed the problem and fixed it immediately so the van can be back on the road. Great service and great timing. Highly recommend.

I have only started back in the motor trade after 15years hiatus & been flipping a few German cars during the lockdown winter season.
Recently I acquired a SLK Mercedes I was looking to sell so needed a local garage who can regularly fix my vehicles and who are used to working on German cars to keep my expenses down.
I brought the SLK 4 an MOT also to replace boot/ bonnet struts to H & M advanced Autos only really because they are the nearest to me.
I also asked 'Hamid' to look at the central locking which simply didn't work fully on one door, although we didn't arrange a cost limit, I did very clearly explain to him he must keep me informed if the costs was going to be expensive which Hamid agreed and said he'd 'do it for a very good price'.
I also rang to check progress during the week and visited garage once.I roughly worked out prices before central locking fix from his online fixed prices to come to about £275 max since the MOT and struts replacement should have been only a little over £200
He had the car 8 days and addressed the
MOT failure issue (was just ESP light simple fix apparently)
Supply & fit struts £100estimted(-excluding the central locking-Hamad reckons there was a leak although he never informed me to say it was going to increase my bill by a few hundred pounds though he went ahead and done it regardless.
Hamad knew I Only paid £900 for car so there's little logic in spending hundreds of pounds fixing a minor central locking issue.
I was rather unhappy when he charged me £420 (he said if I was to pay by plastic he would have added VAT on top & charge me over £500)Also he didn't do the front bonnet strut...Although they got it through its MOT I really feel I got stung.
I did explain to the guy if I was happy I will be bringing all the rest of my vehicles to him.
Edit.I have since visited H&M Autos and spoke to HamidWho has explained his been extremely busy since the lockdown and customer communication hasn't been ideal
He has been gracious enough to accept why I was unhappy and offered to compensate me for any grievance and improve customer communication .I believe everybody deserves a second chance .I will Update the review after my next visit hopefully .
Incidentally I fell off my motorbike driving out of the workshop and hamed and his lads Quickly Repaired my gear stick and got me back on the road with an about 15 minutesIt's which I was very grateful
