Service is good food is good as for cleaning the tables and floors that's another story

New greggs opened on the opposite side to the old one, bug place very nice.

Spacious Greggs - went in just before closing time so not much selection left in the store. Same as most greggs to be honest but bit more room to sit and eat/drink produce here which is good. Don’t forget to use your app here to build up to get free things.

New store bigger and better seating area too disabled access lots of choice great for a coffee when you are in town shopping ☕🍰

Been going to greggs for years but went In the new Eastleigh branch yesterday and was really disappointed as the food was cold and the tables was dirty the floor was disgusting. They did change my pizza and chicken bake but still luke warm if that.

I went there on Monday, a man served me but was very rude, I asked for a pizza and tells me he will think about it in a very rude tone, as much as he thought it was funny, it came across as very rude

Found lots of tiny hairs in my steak bake pastry, told it all comes from factory, jank won't be eating again.

It doesn’t matter if they’re food is good with very reasonable prices. The service here in this particular shop is a joke, and beyond awful.

it takes about 4 minutes for the ‘one lady’ serving to realise how big the queue is, before calling for help. I had to leave after waiting nearly 10 minutes. This is meant to be fast service! nearly everything served is ready made and bought in and ready to go…. In terms of other big food chains, you can honestly order a McDonald’s and get it served quicker than the greggs in Eastleigh. I get the morning is busier than usual, but come on. They have 4 serving stations. But only one is station is open
