Excellent local bakers. Good range of breads including sour doughs. Most of the shops also offer a sandwich bar service with coffee and soup. Also have a range of own pastries. Strong local following. Good product. Clean outlets. Friendly staff. But higher on price than many others.

I never found better bread anywhere in London ! So much choices and good quality products. The friendly staff gives good advices and I could tell that they know everything about their products. I was also suprised about the taste of the coffee ! Yummy ! I'll be back soon :D

I have been a customer for many many years and have always found Cavan Bakery to be an excellent shop. The staff (many different teams over the years) have always been friendly and helpful - sometimes under extreme pressure - and will go out of their way to make sure you get what you need in the fastest possible time. The current team are no exception. The bread and cakes are great and although prices are undoubtedly higher than you'll get in a supermarket, so is the quality. Lastly, and importantly, it's an excellent local amenity - long may it continue.

Quality local baker with excellent choice of bread and buns. We particularly like their pain aux raisins!

Best lattes in Teddington, always served with some morning cheer by the super-efficient Bela

I go here pretty often. The food is alright, some of the bread is pretty good, for example the rosemary and sea salt sourdough is great, and the morning breakfast deal is good value for money, also your staff make good coffees.
I have a few complaints though, nothing is baked here, so you'll never get the rush of hunger and desire from the smell of fresh baked bread like you do in other bakeries, and what is baked doesn't seem to change. I go to plenty of good bakeries around, because I love bread, and there are always weekly or monthly or atleast seasonal changes to the loaves on offer.
Secondly, your staff always seem miserable. That puts me off.
Lastly, your pink fingers/swiss fingers suck. Could be because they're left out too long, but they are dry and the bread has no moisture content.
That is all!

Same complaint as the other Teddington site - the coffee is good and service is always excellent here, but if the closing time is 3pm / 4pm etc, the coffee machine should not be switched off at this time. Three times over xmas I went in with between 30 and 15 mins to go til closing and the coffee machine had already been switched off and I was made to feel silly for asking for a coffee so close to closing time. Different staff each time, so not pointing a finger - it's clearly a habit / process that has become part of the day-to-day but needs to be addressed

Love the bakery food however I won’t be back to this location as there was a rude member of staff, raising his voice at me as I only had Amex or MasterCard to pay and both were unsupported methods of payment. Amex I can understand as a lot of places around teddington don’t accept it but normal credit cards doesn’t make any sense at all and frankly there should be signs up saying so you don’t waste your time.
