Greggs

Popped into the feltham high street store and was greeted by a lovely gentleman. I have never seen this member of staff before. He was so pleasant and cheerful and serviced with a smile. Hope the rest of the staff could learn from him.

Was greeted by a new staff member I’m pretty sure he is new as I’ve never seen him before served me a meal deal in no time flat with a positive attitude much appreciated.

After i bought something the employee Nathan forgot to give what i bought and it started to serve other customers..poor service..and they are not offering any tissues to clean your hands after you eat their products..

Coffee is acceptable, but the muffins and doughnuts on the other hand cold and just taste so bad, that without considering the employee’s attitude which is as bad as all the times I went there. Btw outrageously it was a bunch of different employees who behaved badly.

Worst greggs ever. Extremely rude and lazy staff. Don’t come here. The old Asian women at the counter was very rude and she was taking out her frustrations on me when I was ordering. Plus the bakes are always cold.

The Young man was trying his hardest to serve the que but the young lady in the back was refusing to help him hope that dose not sway his confidence.

Sausage rolls are always amazing. People working their are also quite nice.

There is only one lady who is happy to do her job and serving customers with pleasure. The others are simply working for wages and prefer do not hear what a client say. Have asked for hot steak bake at the time they took it out from oven, they gave me just warm from the previous lot, when I asked to change it received the same one. Hope this post will help to improve the service.
