Bread Ahead Chiswick

Been a fan of Bread Ahead for years and so happy about this new pop-up in Chiswick (hopefully it’ll be a permanent thing!)
I’ve tried their donuts (best ones in town), recently tried the Babka bun and was not disappointed. Bought a jar of Raspberry Jam as well which is going down a treat alongside the amazing bread! Their coffee was also great.
Hoping for more variety when the shop is a bit more established (especially regarding the donuts!)

Their bread is lovely, however especially with so many nice bakeries around it was hugely disappointing that they would sell day old pastries for full price! Their cinnamon bun was clearly not made on the same day, which they didn't tell us and it wasn't reflected on the price. I'll definitely get my pastries elsewhere from now on.

Amazing that Bread Ahead are branching out and offering up a slice of Borough Market in Chiswick. Doughnuts to die for, excellent selection of breads and friendly staff, what’s not to love?! If you’re local then definitely pay them a visit, and if you’re not nearby then definitely make the effort to go there, you won’t regret it!

Fantastic food as always. Everything in line with their other wonderful outlets, Wembley and Borough market and we can't wait for Hampsted to open as well. I had to try their wonderful Babka as it our favourite and Ramona who has reviewed it seems to be mixing it up with her usual Lidl product. Bread ahead Wembley is also worth a visit as you can see the Artisan baker's making the best bakery products ever. It may be why the world famous eggslut source their buns from Bread Ahead.

I went to the newly open Chiswick branch to try their babka - i couldn't be more disappointed! It's just like an ordinary croissant given a different shape - its not made with proper babka dough, the chocolate filling is very scarce and it's not sweet enough. It was the first and last for me from them - I'm happy i didn't buy my bread there (it might have disappointed me as well), but went down the road to another artisanal bakery...

Loooove Bread Ahead! Always fresh produce. Their sourdough is absolutely fantastic! Recently started to try out the doughnuts...yuuumsss the best ever, seriously good. So are the pastries. Always looking forward to my trip to their shop :)

Good bakery, loved babka bun

I had a wonderful experience here today. The staff were welcoming and professional. I ordered brownies and a late. The brownies were delicious and probably the best brownies I have ever tasted! Will definitely buy from here again and recommend everyone to come here for a great experience!
