Cannot fault the staff at this store. Always a smile and also helpful. I look forward to go there most days, as I always come away with a happy demeanor

Grabbed a coffee to walk around town with, fast and efficient service given. Staff were friendly and polite.

Ordered off just eat and unfortunately left my lunch off the receipt 2x sausage bean and cheese melts but after ringing them being told they couldn’t do anything and to get a refund the lovely lady named Angela has insisted she goes out of her way to drive after work to drop off my bakes very lovely lady and proves there our lovely genuine people out there. Thank you :)

All other staff are usually great, warm and friendly.

However M***** (I don’t want to plaster her name on Google)- is so rude and unwelcoming! No good morning, no hello, no smile, no please and thank you, no goodbye. Just silent with the grumpiest look on her face.

Not particularly nice going to get your coffee at 8am and being faced with that.

Always friendly staff whenever I've visited. Good variety of products. However the shop was abit messy with rubbish.

Terrible customer service. Rolls were cold and asked to make new one and I was happy to wait. She looked at me like I am a begger ( asking for free food) and said this is all we have. When I insist to make fresh one then she made with lazy look like she was doing me a favour giving me what I paid for.
Next customer cancelled their entire family order just because she was not offering ketchup.
This store is only surviving because of brand name " Greggs".

I ordered a bacon roll and bacon baguette for breakfast and the restaurant were so incompetent they forgot to add the bacon to either of these which in my opinion is a basic requirement for a bacon roll or baguette. I phoned the restaurant to notify them of this issue, the staff were unapologetic and rude and as it was ordered through just eat they said it wasn’t their issue and they had to deal with the refund. This is terrible service and I feel like the staff have done everything they can to not take responsibility for their error
