Used them for a birthday cake last year. Cake was good, reasonably priced but not exactly the colour I had ordered. Overall satisfied, so tried booking again this year. But after several messages, there was NO response. I got worried about their well-being, so asked my husband to check. They replied immediately expecting a new customer and order. This is very rude and unprofessional behaviour, very disappointing.
