Greggs

Wonderful, kind & friendly and helpful staff - called in to Tamworth services yesterday at about 6 pm and a lovely lady - Emma - was very kind, friendly and helpful ~ she saw I was struggling with some purchases from M & S and she suggested I have a Greggs carrier bag as my hands were full and was dropping things ~ she was a 5 star lady and exceptionally kind ~ thank you Emma.

Glad they finally got the hot water fixed.
From just 1 or 2 people in the queue it was almost back to m&s.
All staff wearing masks.

Dopey Dorris had us wait 8mins (or so) for pizza slices to cook, then sold them all so when I returned, I was expected to wait another 8mins.
I don't know how bright you have to be to remember to put up orders you've sold, but I think Gregg's need to realise that customers grabbing a quick bite don't have all day to put up with bad service.

Fab service from Michelle and Abbie, usual Gregg's fare but with added cheerfulness and friendly chat. Thanks ladies!

Always friendly staff and good hot coffee

Greggs is a decent venue and they have a regular amount of products. The venue is tiny and they sell out quickly of products and replenishing at risk store has been slow at times recently. There appears to be a lot of newer staff at this venue and they do not appear to be managing the venue to it's best. The covid monitoring at this store is a notice on the counter it does not get enforced and I have been to this store on multiple visits I have made observations that I feel let rise store down. The food is decent as always and there are options. The store reports to be open 24 hours.

Staff are friendly. Shame about the food quality. Always served cold pasties
