Very poor service over all, had a business appointment booked, turned up told they dont do appointments in branch, asked to talk with a manager and told they were busy, had a call from Nat West that hung up on me when answerd, called back to be told i cant be put through to branch but i would get a call guess what, no call! Thinking of changing bank on the back of this!

I can honestly say i have never in all my years of leaving reviews on line read so much drivel rubbish etc from previous people leaving reviews !
In my opinion they read like a bunch of 6 year old children in a playground !
If you are going to leave a review then be honest and factual , so here is my review .
I moved to Nat West 2 years ago from Barclays in the search of good old fashioned service and found it .
This is small branch with on line banking and some counter staff to help if customers cant or wont embrace the new ways of banking , nearly always a member of staff to help you achieve this if you are a teknofhobe , Staff all well trained as you would expect from a major International Bank .
i use the branch regularly , so my review is not just about a casual visit, have never waited more than 10 minuits to see someone when i have had a query .
so no drivel , but honest

Poor customer service, waited in a line of one person for over 20mins, whilst cashier discussed recent holiday and other staff chatted amongst themselves. Didn’t greet me or apologise for my wait. Won’t be returning to this branch.

Easiest bank to get to and park in Norwich. I never use the counter services as the machines inside do everything I need. Paying in cheques, cash or even coins is a breeze plus withdrawing money of course!

DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH! They will try & get you to use their machines which DO NOT WORK! I have had major issues paying in a cheque because the machine was unable to read the correct amount & I have now had to pay coins into a machine which failed to read the correct amount twice! The other machine that counts coins wasn't working either and I was not allowed to pay in at the desk. When I expressed my frustration in having to take a large number of coins back out of the machine for the second time, the condescending female member of staff literally threatened to close my account! DO NOT USE THIS BANK EVER!!!!

Machines are handy for most transactions paying in etc which is a good job because all the cashiers have been removed now down to two !
This is one of only a few branches remaining since Prince Of Wales Road closed down and also Natwest at Wroxham also closed such a shame.

Just found My dear Paul Melo past away I will be contacting the bank to see if I get the little hi left to me his next of kin but I will share what ever he left with those that help him achieve his goals. Rest in peace PAUL MELO.

Shocking customer service, more focused on trying to sell loans and paid-for bank accounts than trying to resolve customer enquiries.
