Awful experience to have with most banks in Stoke on Trent,they come across as very friendly people but they never treat people's requests seriously.It took me a month to get a debit card from the day of my appointment and I went back to the branch three times in that month to ask and every time they apologised for the delay. Finally I went in London to a branch to find out there's no card on the system on my name.I wonder how this people still have jobs!

Web site states open till 4.30 on Wednesday drove all the way there to find closed at 2 total waste of time and fuel
