Problem is that their are too many automated cashier machines and not enough human cashiers. Also I don't like being asked why I am stood in the queue waiting for a cashier when the machines are free. Is it not obvious I want to speak with a human. Don’t like the desks you stand next to when discussing matters as the queue for the cashiers goes right past them so your conversations can be over heard.
Finally this is the Blackburn branch but has a picture of Darwen tower displayed. Could we not find anything in Blackburn to put on the wall.

Got served by a girl called Saifa Javed. I found her very rude and patronising as if she was forced to help me rather than wanting to help. I have been dealing with this particular branch for over 25 years and this is the first time i have been made to feel this way. Not impressed at her attitude at all.

Extremely poor excuse for a branch of a major bank! Went in on a Saturday morning to withdraw an amount greater than what the ATM would allow and was told Saturdays are for business customers only. Nowhere does it state that on their information repositories and NatWest have not written to me to advise me of a change in services at my local branch. Plenty of staff standing around not really doing much but was turned away from accessing my own money. I work during the week and it would mean taking time off to go into the bank on a weekday.

Banks like these make me laugh… absolutely ridiculous… no help whatsoever. Useless people they get paid to sit and walk around with a tablet in their hand

Absolutly disgusting service!!!! My 16 year old special needs daughter attended the blackburn branch this morning. We are trying to help her to become alittle more independant and thought opening her first bank account may be a starting point. First she was told that she would need her national insurance number which if they had took there time in looking it was on the letters she had brought. . Then the lady asked if her parents banked with them she replied no but my step dad does she said she would have to check the rules and basically fobbed her off and told her to go home and do it on line. This experience has totally knocked her confidence now and we will have to start over. Ill ensure next time she goes into the world she wears a massive badge saying i have disabilities please help. Or maybe staff should be trained so it doesnt need to be spelt out!!!!

It's a very good bank, but quick Q why the the staff member outside the asking me to open my Natwest App and taking my phone of me and checking my bank account???!!! The bank need to check that.
