The entrance has a small ramp and automatic doors, making it easily accessible. There are two ATMs outside and a third inside on the right.
Counter service is available towards the back of the branch. There's usually only one window open and a couple of customers waiting.
When we were there we needed to do a transfer between accounts, and a customer service assistant did it for us at the terminal near the main entrance. This was quicker than using the counter service, which was helpful.
Apart from the counter staff, it's rarely that easy to find any other staff to assist in our experience. Maybe that is now changing.

Went to the branch to open an account, I was advised it's only possible online. I did so, then my application for not a clear reason got declined, in the email I was advised to go to the nearest branch. Again I did so. At the branch I was told the same story that they cannot open an account in the branch must be done online. Then, I objected the vicious circle game. Then at the branch after holding me back from the qeuee by arguing all sort of excuses, I proved that my credit does not have any problem, and in fact it is excellent then they said it's fine but we are closing at 3pm and now is 2pm, you won't have a chance to be seen today by our staff. While I made the effort on my days off from work twice and despite the melting temperature 36, all they could do for me was offering me an appointment on another day! Considering the experience, it is not clear if I give up another day that I won't be facing the same scenario. In addition why on earth the bank closes on Monday at 3pm! Without any announcements or warning on their website/online or their main office communication. Typical bad service by all means.

Opening hours need updating here. Currently only open Mon, Tues & Fri 10am - 3pm according to notice in the window

This branch is absolutely rubbish shorter opening hours compared to other banks and today Saturday the opening hours are 9:30- 12:30 however the banks is closed and none of the ATM are working as well. I will change my bank asap.
