Amazing service! By a silly mistake, I locked myself out because I confused my PIN with my code to get into the app. Fortunately, I remembered about 10 mins later what my PIN was and the staff inside helped me unlock it. The whole process took no more than 5 mins literally! I don't remember the names of the staff members who helped me out, but it was the two nice ladies, one who is standing in front of the door to help you out as you walk in and the other on the desk to the left.

I was really impressed with how they identify you through the app when inside the branch. Really cool stuff! Don't know what all the bad reviews are for, but then again there's less than 30, so that's not saying much. I have no complaints though! Thanks again!

Started my application online. As an US American I have to present documents in person. They said to contact the local branch yet when I call that number I end up in "the north." I was told there are no appointments for at least 2 months but to try in person anyway. I go to the branch, they have 1 teller and a line 7 people long. I explain why I'm there (after waiting 10 minutes for someone to ask) and they ask me to sit down. They help someone else first (I'm fine with that) and then ask me again what I'm there for. I tell them I'm an American and I need to present my documents in person. She says I need an appointment, there aren't any for 60 days I protest, she just repeats I need an appointment. I ask if I should bank with someone else, she says yes. So I will.

The review rating for this branch is 2.4, which in my opinion is way too high. I have been waiting more than an hour today to make a simple transfer( could not be done on a machine). I was told it would be 15 min wait, so I waited in a queue. After 45 min, when it was my turn, I was told that I won’t be seen now as there is someone who had an appointment. I accept that, but i should have been told that I am in a queue to see a person who is actually dealing with pre-booked appointments!!!!! Furthermore, the member of staff ( Tejal ) was so incredibly rude !
I also deal with customers occasionally at work and if I spoke to them in the manner she spoke to me I would certainly be fired. What an appalling customer service! Awful branch. Avoid if you can.

The staff is rude and dont know how to talk to customers. I went into the bank for a letter and waited my turn when the staff asked me to update my address i stepped out to do that over the phone with barclays which should have been done with the staff i was speaking to but anyways when i walked back in they expected me to get in line and wait for another 45mins to get the letter printed. Its not a very smart system. Its very sad to put your hard earned money with them and then be treated like this.

Worst bank service ever, I applied an online applicatio and I was supposed to get my card within 8 days. (N.b I submitted the application on 28 September).

Have been to my Uxbridge Branch 3 times in the last 6 months and I have to say - they are incredibly efficient, organised, obliging and polite Arrived on a crutch a couple of weeks ago after hip surgery and had the misfortune to be greeted by Steve, condescending and rude, he certainly was good at his work, but very poor peoples skills.

Terrible! Went in to branch as my son has an account with them. I explained that I have Power of attorney for him and that I needed to bring him in to get last 2 statements (as none sent for several months) and to close his account. She asked how old he was and then started laughing when I told her. I was shocked and asked her what she was laughing at as my son has autism. She carried on laughing, so I walked out as I was upset. I have every intention of going back to complain, and taking this higher up.

Absolutely perfect, impeccably flawless and immaculate customer service all round! Just need to be a bit patient and understanding as they are a perfect company which impeccably exceeds in satisfying with the needs of their customers!
