Worst bank stay away. Could not open a simple bank account sent me pillar to post even though they had all the info. Bunch of imbeciles. Bank elsewhere.

Really poor customer service- why do people feel the need to speak to you like rubbish

They lose 2 stars because of the waiting times (All those bonuses, but not enough staff). The Staff are quite helpful.

Usually a bit of a wait, though the self service machines are good.

Cash machines /paying in machines BROKE every other day for months on end. Sick of it........
Someone really needs to check their maintenance log for them machines n sack the person fixing them. As they don't do their job.
Queues in bank half way out the door...week days,with no staff serving when this happens.
Useless staff member ,guy with beard always with iPad looking busy but has never helped me once in the 4/5 times I've had to go to him.
Been Preston,Burnley,Accrington....this never happens there.
To make a trip especially to put money in your bank n not having the service to do so is not very good practice....is it Blackburn.
Sort out your machines and put extra staff on when they are broke every other day.
If I could put money in my account telepathically I would believe me😠😡

Came into branch after having some problems with my card and was assisted by holly, what a kind and patient young woman, she is a value to your company!
