The service that was delivered by the Southall team was exceptional. Special thanks to Dillan, for the warm and friendly welcome, as well as helping me with what I came to do, he exceeded my expectations and aslo persuaded me to get mobile banking. I cannot believe that I haven't had mobile banking beofre, Dillan showed me all the things that could be done on this one simple app. Thank you Dillan, you have changed and made banking simple for me.

I went to Barclays Southall today and was so pleased with the amazing service they provided me even though it was busy. I can see everyone was trying their best to help customers and Gurpreet in particular who assisted me gave me amazing service. I visited Barclays bank today and the one of staff member was very very very very nice and helpful.I actually forget his full name but his name was like sid something.He guides me very well.I really appreciate his service and his way of talking was very polite.

The service I received on 16/07/2021 @ 03:30 , Barclays Bank Southall branch, from one of the female staff was okey in one sense, she helped me for a cheque clearence, on the other hand she was very rude and complained about my baby that my baby tried to push her , my kid was actually sitting in her own pram. And she didn't forget me to advise to teach my little one about manners. I was really wondering how did she think that my one and half year old baby purposefully tried to hurt her!!!!!
