I had a great experience at the branch. The advisor who served me was very nice and helpful. I have never been served this quickly as well. The advisor was friendly, understanding and very patient with me.

Worst customer support ever no help at all also went in they said there sending a card 3 weeks later guess what still not here

They advertise that the bank closes at 4.30pm yet when I arrived just before 4.00 pm I'm told that the cashier closes at 3.30pm. They do have cash dispensers within the bank which I could've accessed outside anyway 24 hours but I required more than the daily allowance

Absolutely awful bank. The manager at Natwest in Burnley is unhelpful, unsympathetic and rude. When I asked the manager if I could have a simple statement, he told me I would have to wait for an hour. He kept on insisting I should do it myself online, even though I tried to explain to him, the company who require the statement do not accept online print outs. He did not seem to care in the slightest, and it felt like he was just ushering me out of the bank. When I asked how many staff members were working, he told me there were two. I find that absolutely appealing. As every other bank in town has at least 3 or 4 members of staff, especially on a Saturday. Im really not sure how the manager at Burnley natwest bank claimed this position, As he was the most unhelpful and uncaring person I have had to deal with in a very long time. I will be moving banks, as the atmosphere I experienced today was really upsetting.. Natwest have gone very downhill. Avoid if you can.

This bank has the most helpful cheerful staff whilst very busy ...i cant fault them ..week in week out

Been with this bank for many years , never had any problem with customer service or anything
