Terrible service went with my dad and the how can I help ladie was there I asked her that I’m here for a under19 bank account.she said the people were not there so she said do it on the website I tryed the website it said that I was to young but that is a lie because on the websites it said 11 to 15 but I was 12 and my cousin is 12 and he got a under19 bank account terrible

Great customer services

Very slow service. The deposit machine is out of order and takes them 1 hour to serve each customer

Long queue

Staff went the extra mile for me despite it being near closing time. Lovely people, put other banks to shame
