On Saturday 26th June, i accompanied my nephew who just arrived in the UK, to open a bank account. I was impressed with the patience, professionalism and engaging attitude of Sue, who was the person that assisted us. Thank you Sue, for making our experience great !

Dismissing and rude staff members who take ages to complete services that are meant to be walk-in services. The branch is always disorganized, chaotic and unreliable. They constantly turn people away and tell them to come back another day because of their poor time management. Wouldn’t recommend visiting or trying to do business at this branch.

Needed to withdraw more then the cash limit amount off. money from my account… the bank was fully open but the counters are closed! What is the point in being open but the cash registers being shut? Asked the woman why this was the reason and she just shrugged her shoulders

If you need some assistance at the branch, don t expect to get it! I want to upgrade my bank account and I went to this branch. I spoke to one person who did not give me correct informations and asked me to come another day with some message she wrote in a piece of paper for me. In the day I returned to the branch, I spoke to a woman who told me why I had been there, they were very busy and it they were going to close at 1PM! She cleearly demonstrated me, in absolute RUDE way, that I was not welcome that day, then I asked some more informations about upgrading my bank account, what she also did not helped me. This branch is always busy, short and rude staff, not really welcoming ppl. Definitely, i will look for another bank soon for a bank account. If you need some assistance from some staff, think before! Bad experience at all!

I went there today because I needed a bank stamp on my bank statement for the Ealing Council.
The guy inside told me that is not possible.
Every other bank can do this, that particular cannot.
Not once In was there since I opened my account I managed to solve the problem I came there with.
Not once.
I am going to change to Halifax, or to the bank on the opposite side of the street.
This bank everything but not customer in need friendly.
And I make that opinion based on the personel inside that always says it cannot be done about stuff that can be don we anywhere else.
I've had it.

Terrible brunch, more staff then customers many time but still waiting ages to be served. The way they move around, slowly with the attitudes… avoid as much as you can. On top of that the pay in machines not counting correctly, I needed to complaint 2 times already as it paid in less than I had on hand.

I arrived at this location with a problem and Miss RANINA helped me a lot, she was very nice, she was patient, I didn't know how to explain to the customer relations people and she talked to them, the nicest

Terrible bank.....spent an hour in store for them to say they cant process a transaction, same thing was done in Barclays within 10 minutes, very old systems. Do not bank here. If I could give 0 stars I would, the attendant was aware at the start of the transaction.
