Offers one of the best credit cards to use abroad. I believe it incurs no transaction fee ?! Modern frontage, terminals user friendly.

Talked with Maria (being there for the day from the Fulham branch) and she was absolutely great! I've been taking with other few banks in the recent weeks and she was the first finally being helpful and giving me some truly useful information!

They tried to tell me Northern Ireland was not in the UK. Wtf?

Have you ever spoken to a customer service person and they talked to you like you were an idiot? This was the case for me after waiting a long time in the queue.

Absolutely unhelpful staff . I withdraw some cash from the branch when I went outside i was robbed exactly outside the branch . I went in and tried asking for help and the ladies were absolutely unhelpful and telling me to wait the queue. They didn’t even offer calling the police. After reporting to the police they delayed the case due to never having anyone available to check the cctv, at the end police had to request from the council. I felt violated as one of the cashier lady tried being sarcastic and saying that’s so unusual what happened to me and made feel like i am lying. She had no sympathy whatsoever. I wouldn’t be surprised if someone from the branch has something to do with my case as the money was in envelope and the thief knew exactly that the money was in the bag... the only help i got was for the police . Bank staff was useless, now i avoid going to this branch!

Received excellent service from Cynthia when I visited this branch to do a large money transfer. She advised me about potential scams and was very concerned about the safety of my money. I felt very reassured about the importance of large money transactions and the way Cynthia and the staff dealt with my transaction was very professional. Thank you :)

Absolutely abysmal service. I was going to go online to apply for an additional service. I happened to be walking past the branch so went in to inquire. They put me off from applying for what I wanted online and told me it would benefit me to come in for an appointment so that they could help me. I had to wait 3 weeks due to my busy schedule but finally booked in. 23 minutes prior to my appointment I missed a phone call from them. I was 5 mins away. I was told that the person conducting the appointment was off that day and there was no one else that could help. They offered to book me in else where. What an actual joke. I should have just stuck to my online plans. The branch comes to a standstill because someone does not turn up for work. I was fuming. Very inconvenient
