Lazy bank can't be bothered to do basic jobs properly and are rude in their conduct (referring to the ever present old white English women, one of them called Penny), I mean a school kid has better work ethic then this lot. They USED TO BE a good bank back in the day and its a shame really. Maybe they are a bit too cocky for their own good. I will NEVER GO to this branch again. They are lucky to get 1/5 only because I had to click a rating star. Doubt the branch manager's gonna bother to read this and take note.

Thieves!!! Keep blocking my card for "security reasons" literally every other day and when i complained they shut down my online account. Been with tesco a year now and they have never once blocked my card for false reasons.

I have accounts with Lloyds, TSB, Nationwide, Monzo and Natwest. Natwest have the worst customer service and poor user interfaces.

Security blocks frequently which is fine but have no luck trying to get through on the number given to help.
It’s put me on the spot several times but fortunately I am able to use another account at a different bank.
No so for everyone.

On Friday we had to call in to sort out a problem we were having with a payment. We were seen by Sarah. She went out of her way to try and help us, even making phone calls and popping into Lloyds next door to check if some details that we had were correct. She was so helpful and friendly and it was a pleasure to deal with her. She is an asset to your company

The people at Hitchin Natwest Branch act like that underpaid employee that just want you out as you are not ordering from the main list.
Went to the bank mandated by their phone team to be identified as a new signatory in a business account. Their reply was rudely the natwest business phone team is incorrect, go away, we can't help you.

Computers gone mad. I’m here in a queue. That’s what you do at NatWest. They have a receptionist who can do little. There’s always staff around but only one person manning them. In addition they still have not handled our mandate to change names on the account for what..... 2.5 MONTHS!!!!

Can’t wait to get control on the account so I can close it!!

You need people to manage a service business you know!!
