I started going to this branch about eighteen months ago. I have had an account with NatWest and its forerunners for well over sixty years - Provincial, later National Provincial, later National Westminster and now NatWest. I am so pleased I discovered this branch. The staff are the kindest most friendly and helpful of any branch I've ever had cause to visit.

Furthermore after the recent death of my wife I consulted with Lisa Sherwood-Ball, she was very helpful and went out of her way to deal with my problems regarding account name changes etc such as setting up contact for me with NatWest Bereavement Services. and I wish to add this was without an advance appointment.

In conclusion all the staff at NatWest Wanstead are extremely professional but this professionalism is always tinged with helpfulness, they go out of their way to make one feel wanted.

What a wonderful training ground this would be for all bank employees.

Obviously good management at work here.

THANK YOU

Credit to Zoe the Branch Manager and her team for their professionalism and communication. It is reassuring to know that they are always on hand to help. I have banked with this branch for many years and although at one point around 10yrs ago I felt it had lost its close customer focus, now however, it has managed to regain that same reassuring and comforting stance and that is always down to management and how well the team is run. It is this very thing that distinguishes Natwest from other high street banks.

Natwest Wanstead is the most civilised branch I've banked with. Everything has always been handled in a timely fashion. It took me a week to get an appointment with a mortgage adviser in my other bank, here I was seen within 5 minutes. All staff members are helpful. Good job guys.

Thank you very much Sangita Patel for her professional help and support.
Nice bank with great care of customers. I wish they had not closed all windows so customers could have more human support instead of using that machines. As I can see lot's of people there who need to speak with someone to solve any query.

Since South Woodford branch closed always long queues, not sufficient staff number or infrastructure to cope with local demands. On average 30 minutes in a queue, by the time you finish you get parking ticket or cannot do any other business on High Street reducing trading opportunities for local businesses. Not good for people with mobility problems who cannot stand for long time. Closing South Woodford branch was a mistake.

An untrustworthy bank.

A fraudster registered my address with a business which looks to have some done dodgy spending eg. Gambling. When I asked for my address to be removed the bank outright refused. I had been on the phone, in branch and no one seems to care.
