Apauling that this branch isn't open on Saturdays, just shows how little HSBC are interested in customer convenience. Time to switch bank.

Your Oxted website shows that your bank is open today from 10:00 until 4:30. It was very annoying to walk to the bank to pay in for my wife and find that there is a tatty piece of paper on the door indicating that it closes at 1:00. A complete waste of my time and my one and only exercise of the day. Having shortened hours is understandable, but please get your act together and publicise your actual hours on the website as the other local banks have done.

Really sterile and the inside just has a couple of teller counters - you will have to queue.

So SLOW to do any transaction in branch. Always queues out the door. No apparent reason why.

As a RescueRemedies Dog Charity we have used Oxted HSBC for many years and they have always been so helpful friendly and have put themselves out for any of our needs
