I have had the most appalling experience with the new Pass(CALCULATOR) attempting to access on line banking. After numerous attempts and each time the passcode not accepted and locked me out . A new Pass Calculator was sent BUT with the similar results.
After numerous calls being referred to a fast speaking , but patient and apologetic Indian assistant , had on a number of occasions attempted to resolve the problem, my patience with this new system has been exhausted and accordingly I shall NOT be using the Internet Banking for Marks and Spencer.
The time taken to contact an adviser is disproportionate in this day and age and I have always found it time consuming compared to other support staff. .
