Good service is hard to come by. Every time I have been, they have been polite and helpful and keen to keep the queue moving.

Today was no different but after a miscount by the cashier shorting my deposit by £10, I marched back prepared for the usual "computer says no" response I am so used to, but the floor manager attended to me immediately, traced the error and I had the problem solved with a personal call by the end of the day.

Everyone is so quick to complain online, but credit where credit is due. This team has it together.

Slow staff with no ability to show initiative or resourcefulness. Very very slow service. Booked appointments you wait many weeks for aren’t actually booked in and staff make excuses as to why they can’t help you. Offices are small and cramped. Despite many staff being behind counters they won’t serve you even when lines are longed - they always make excuses about their computers and printers not working. Very frustrating place.

the worst branch ever, and its not a complain to the staff who works there, poor guys doing the best they can, unfortunately dumb management of bank don't wanna invest in more people who could work there. I've been many times there and always only one cash deck is open, and there is a queue until the door. The instant deposit doesnt work either. I had to wait 40 min to put money in my account. Sorry but I am gonna look for another bank. You have sh... loads of money so maybe its time to invest into your branches and get some staff... You are first to charge for almost anything, but the money that you make from the charges probably lands in your big fat wallet....

Went in branch for some general information regarding foreign currency accounts and the member of staff (Ahmed) was really helpful and knowledgeable with the information he provided me. Was in a rush and he helped me with my enquiries quickly and smoothly. Great customer service !!!!

Avoid. The wait time Is ridiculous! Every time I go there it takes me one hour to finish what I need to do. Horrible customer service.

they close for brunch time and they don’t advice about that. after 4 banks in central london that they are opening late specially today some of them i don’t know why or close. it is the worst costumer service. they don’t take care about their costumer. they don’t respect the opening hours and they don’t advise or if they do with a paper in the door not online so annoying.

This branch is pretty grotty. I'm disappointed they are unable to help with identity verification even for a long-term customer... At least they were polite to explain this.
