Sent money to Pakistan (COC) cash over the counter. UBL branch in DINGA ( district Gujrat ) refused to pay, after visiting four times, it has been 9 days now. The excuse UBL staff at the counter gave the money from England hasn't arrived. Faruk chowhdry
