Sorry they are not having 5 stars only.. Some staff are great and charming even.. but there is one blonde midl aged woman with glasses who smoeks out back who has had a constant bad attitude. I hate it when she is in there...... You ever flet judged for no reason and like hey canno be bothered and are extr lso and don;t really care... well ONE of them in here ruins th experience for me.. the others are fine and a few of them lovely... Good branch nice ambience well placed and good phone Ap really simple to use.

2020 edit. TSB are now closing branches and have covered up their staff getting Covid at their main HQ.
