Bank Of Baroda (UK) Limited, Kenton Branch

Unfortunately I’m unable to give negative stars, the staff member (Rashmita) who was at the desk was extremely unhelpful, was more concerned about sending me on my way as opposed to understanding what assistance I require.
Was very reluctant on wanting to assist me even though I had called the bank beforehand making them aware of the assistance I required. Spoke to the manager as well, seemed to have taken my complaint on board, but the staff member definitely requires some training around mannerisms and basic customer services.

Great service and customer care at the Kenton branch. The team have been always been so helpful and accommodating, almost like a second family. They provided excellent customer service to my father and he couldn't speak high enough of the team. Now I have been working with Bank of Baroda and I am so thankful for the time they have taken to provide guidance, assistance and support.

I have been banking with the branch for several years and am very happy for the excellent service provided. All the staff from the cashier to back office to Manager have been very helpful and efficient. Keep up the excellent service.

I think there could not be a better level of service provided than what is provided at the Kenton Branch of Bank of Baroda, where the staff go above and beyond the call of duty.
