Very slow service at business desk - sometimes you have to use the desk and 20 mins before I gave up is to me unacceptable for one customer choosing pictures for a new card. Staff are always helpful and are always busy with customers, had a charge back scheme not too long ago and sorted everything out within half an hour

Wanted to open a Child's saving Account. Went to branch to make a appointment. Was to to call Customer service can't make appointments in store. Today I called to be on phone for 50mins until someone answered. Saying they have no appointment available at all for the year. What a waste of my time. Lost our custom.

Always find the staff very helpful. Rude customers though. Waiting time for more advanced issues are a problem though. Lots of elderly who can’t use technology adds to this burden.
