Friendliest bank staff you will ever come across

Very grateful for my first experience with this branch.

I moved down from Scotland at the beginning of 2020 - only a few weeks prior to the initial lockdown.

Previous to Lloyd's, I had popped into Natwest next door to find out information on moving accounts over. The woman was rude and unhelpful.

So, I went into Lloyd's and was met by the opposite with the kind woman sitting in the middle cashier desk (sadly I did not get her name). Extremely welcoming and helpful in helping with my business banking queries.

Fleet branch is the worst one ever, not helpful at all

I went into Lloyds bank Fleet Road to handle some banking admin and ask for some help.

Julia, one of the accountants there was so helpful, efficient and friendly. She sorted my administrational needs out, explaining well what I needed to do. Very polite and personable. She make me feel very welcome and aided me very nicely.

It must have only taken 10 minutes to sort me out but she did it so well and the customer service was so professional and personable.
