Very helpful and friendly staff. Longer opening hours than other banks

A number of times I've needed to pay cash in quickly and had to deposit cash through the cashpoint at this branch because there's only ever one person serving at counter. Each time I've deposited money on a Monday afternoon it's still not cleared 3 days later, which is not the timeframe they specify. When I phone the branch to chase it I always get the same excuse about a problem with the ATM!

Helpful and friendly staff, whom I have observed to be very patient and accommodating towards a difficult customer! Open for longer hours than many banks, which also helps to keep the queues short.

This bank works for me. I can understand why it won't work for others. Its now reduced its opening days to two days a week.
Where as this branch doesn't get a lot of traffic, it's evident why its a slow mover.
But For what I need it for, its works fine hence why I've rated it 4 stars. The fact that I have to travel further when they are closed is a slight pain but I cannot complain.

Only bank in the area with extremely helpful staff. I can understand the change of opening hours with reduction of face to face banking in branches as technology and digital channels are being promoted more by all highstreet banks.

Today in morning 19.08 I have to wait 8 min. after 9 o' clock ,when I been served...because it's allready 3-rd time,when staff is late and bank don't open 9 a clock. Make me very upset...it's my time...they be paid ...but I lose my money to waiting when they be happy to open...hopefully next time is new boss who know timing and bank be open 9
