I have been with SBI Leicester Branch for almost 8 years, and would like to say a special thank you to Jilna Parmar who has always provided exceptional customer service above and beyond.
We were always kept informed with our banking request\ queries in a confidential, and efficient manner communicating via email\ telephone.
When dealing with a banking request for my elderly dad she was very respectful, and showed complete professionalism in her attitude, and manner when dealing with his SBI UK, and India banking queries over the past few years.
I would not hesitate to recommend Jilna when dealing with SBI banking.

Visited SBI UK Leicester branch for the first time and was pleasantly surprised.
We were welcomed and seen by Jilna who was extremely knowledgeable and professional, she dealt with our complex banking requirements with a lot of patience.

My husband and I recently went to the SBI Leicester branch to open up an account. Jilna Parmar assisted us with this process. She was incredibly helpful and efficient. She helped us to set up the app and online banking. At no point did she make us feel inadequate.
The customer service she provided was second to none. Jilna is truly an asset to the branch.
