I cancelled my policy after a month as my car was no longer in use, and there still trying to charge me for the year. Sorry I’m not paying for a service, I don’t want. They want over £600 in cancellation fees. I don’t think so.

Close Brothers is using the (Bait & Switch) scam which is illegal.
They also refuse to let me exercise my right to cancel within
the first 14 days. Avoid at all costs

Shocking customer service. Hidden costs. Luckily someone there was able to help me eventually. Avoid at all costs.

Scammers took out car insurance on 21st October to start on 6th November.. got cancelled on 28th October so before the policy even started and refusing to refund me the 88.70 I've already paid?????? Even though my insurance never started I've raised a dispute with my bank and will be taking legal action.

Shambles of a company just rang to settle a balance and they cut me off had verified all security bits, didn't even have the decency to call back. 😒 wont be using this mob again. I can fully see why their reviews are so awful.

Absolute joke of a company. Cleared all the finance and they still have not updated relevant credit agencies. Call and call for hours....all they say is 'we will raise this' and then nothing happens! Asked to speak to a manager and I was told they are not customer facing, what kind of a manager is that. Stay well away!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Everything has an additional cost or few I will not be renewing this year.

Complete scam! Avoid at all cost. No care for customers just want your money and try to trap you with terms and conditions. All genuine car insurance companies offer 30 day cancellation free of charge.
