The stafff amazing like always but barclays its a bank that really dosent offer that much anymore

Friendly staff and great having a local branch

Terrible waiting for ONE customer - over 39 minutes now what’s going on? So much info about Covid - zero customer service. Just letting the queue know what’s happening outside your branch (only open for limited time) would be a helpful start.

Good personal service and an absolutely necessary local presence

Depending on which website you view, Barclays made a profit in 2021 of between £5-£8 BILLION! The only Barclays bank branch for 6 miles, or half hour on the bus, is open for just 20 hours a week! I had to queue for 40 minutes in the street with elderly people who were clearly struggling to stand that long! Eventually I arrived at the counter and not so much as a "sorry to keep you waiting"! This has to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Slow service with only one cashier serving. Queues always out of the door. Last visit waited 40mins.
Barclays closed the branch at Gerrards Cross who were excellent and they should have closed this one instead.

Hardly ever open. And when they are, there's always a massive queue outside. Doesn't that tell the manager that they need to open more? Cost too much?? High fliers bonuses first, customer last.
