Always get great customer service from the ladies at the counter.

Trying to get through to customer services is impossible I am seriously thinking of changing banks.

Always friendly counter service and all staff when visiting.
Haven't been during the current situation as live too far away for casual visit and not working in Chelmsford at the moment.

No service during the weekend whatsoever - Leaving most people absolutely no face to face assistance at all. One colleague is always helpful in store and friendly when it’s possible to speak to someone but not good enough for a major bank

Ignore opening times for a Saturday. No counter service means - it’s essentially just open as an atm. TSB are the worst ‘high street’ bank now. Congrats! Manager in branch is rude and now at all understanding. The guy who seems to be there a lot is could not be more helpful. Thank you

Branch is closed on Saturdays.
Friendly enough staff... but frustrating and drawn-out experience setting up a new account, with conflicting info on website, in branch and from staff.
